  • Hey could i please use these clips for one of my videos?

Ill give you full credit of course(:

  • 7:07- 7:45 Horse: Nope! I don't wanna jump. :O It's scary fence. xD

  • WOO HOO To you!

  • some of the horses were poorly conditioned and it showed as they struggled round the course.

  • WOO HOO!!!!

  • @yomumz yeah, because this comment really makes you seem smarter than a horse. O.o

  • agreed

  • all those horses had a hard time getting over that log

  • Great Video!

But I think some of them could have been more carfull on it:)

  • I love it when they go through the water, It goes to show how powerful the horses are to make the water dance like that.

  • that WOO HOO lady needs to give it a rest!

  • Me encanta

  • some of those people werent sittin gup in a X country position :( good anyway though

  • LOL! right. you tell these people. half them have competed in Rolex and international events. but you must know how to ride better than them...

  • Yeah, I will stick to saddleseat; no way could i do this!

  • i was there~~!

  • ps

btw the horse at 8:25, jumps funny xD!

and i'm getting a 'little' anoying from the woman that is realy after allll the horsen screams WHOO HOUU... please.., stop it xD!

  • hitting the horse at 7:06 won't make him listen better, if he wants to hit his horse so bad, do it before the jump, not when you are going away from it =l... poor horsis, but some of them are doing it very good!

  • '' whou hou !!!!! ''

    =)

  • Are all riders that compete in cross country jumping required to wear vest protection? I hope so... Just wondering, never competed and would like to know.

  • yea they do body protectors and things like that i have to buy a new one lol mines not level 3 and as i have a XC comp in 2 weeks i have to make sure its all regulation

  • umm...... looked a little hard, was teddy o'connor jumping one of them. it looked like him.

  • that was so painful to watch. none of the horses could clearly navigate that first element, its like their front legs and their back legs werent comprehending the jump together. it seemed like the landing side was a little slippery too. but interesting course design. i think i would have taken the longer way for my horses sake.

  • this person isn't a very good rider :[

  • poor horse at 7:06 :{

  • that was a really poorly designed course. The fact that very few people went through smoothly especially over the first element showed that something wasnt right.

  • a fall like that happened to me but the horse landed 6 inches away from my head and i think his hoof hit my helmet but i blacked out when i hit the ground, broke my wrist in 3 places n had a concussion, back riding 2 weeks later with one arm :)

  • seemed like that first oxer was giving just about every horse trouble...

  • I'm so happy the horse didn't keep going in the fall could have been a rotational fall and landed on the rider. Looks dramatic as is but both were was all right thank goodness!

  • From things like that, I'm glad that they put in the rule that people can't get back on after a fall recently. It looked to me like the horse fell all the way, and rule change or not, she shouldn't have gotten back on...

  • She got on to get off the course. She is allowed to do that. Likely she will go to her trainers/owners explain what happened have a vet check the horse then go back to warmup so she can school the horse again over jumps.

  • wow at least giv the horse a pat for trying n to re-encourage him....:( must feel crap thow she did a good job

Damn i hate the guy hu whips his horse it refused okay but bluddy hell dont be that harsh

  • dear god that fall scared me half to death

  • i'm really bummed they stopped radnor 3 day i loved going to those events

  • lmfao! i love it when all the moms are like woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo lmfao

  • omg thats me at 4:36

  • really? how old are you

your horse is soo cute x

  • that rider at 1:31 did very well!! To get back up and go again after that is very brave... and exactly what ANYONE should do!! XD

Think I got repetative strain fromthis vid!! lol!!!

And guys, in cross country, you don't always do the jumping position. Like, if it's a really wide jump, you have to 'sorta' sit straight, and balance yr weight. And if you're in water, you have to keep the horses balance, and whenever you jump downhill, you have to lean back!!

  • I LOVE water jumps!!!! Best thing for a hot day!!! lol!!

.... and most horses love 'em!!

  • i cant believe they arent doing radnor 3 day event anymore! i live like 45 min or so away and was looking forward to it in the future =(

  • nice video, although im surprised at how messy quite a few of the riders take the first log. 1.30 did so well.

  • 1:31 should be an elimination the horse fell as well

  • Yah, but she was so brave to get right back on and tackle the direct route again. All cross country riders have got serious balls. I salute you cross country people who are watching this. lol

  • no i dont think his shoulder touched completely

  • Omg 1:31

  • i meen 5.10

  • 4.46 was great. I loved how the horse turned at the ened and everyone stopped cheering,, haha

  • 9:25 was pulling on the horses mouth toooo much

  • good video

  • The second rider leand back to much. Good video!

  • she didnt lean back as much as some of the riders, plus i dont think theres such thing as leaning back to much in cross country lol

  • i will do, i intend to list the kind people who allowed me to use there videos. thanks very much. (btw this is my new account!)

    From: JaciAndSmurf! x

  • horse riding - good and bad times

  • well you know the polite thing is that when you borrow something you credit where it came from. If you do that, it's alright with me.

  • can i use parts of this in my video plz ? thnx for your time x

  • what is your video?

  • YAY FUN

  • awe my trainer competed in this event. =]

  • What level is this?

  • 2 star CCI

  • God scream your head off at 56 & sorry at 1 30

  • that fall looked bad but at least the rider got right back on. Weren't they worried about the horse. The fall looked worse for it.

  • the americans give so much more support i think in england ya get non of the cheering as much

  • I love the way that the one at 3.13 just kinda clambers over it. Really clumsy. Hehe.

Yowch at 8.50! She looks like she's about to fall off the back of the poor horse!

  • 1.22 (onwards to the fall)

    1:22 Hands... awful =[

    fall= plz let go... lolz

  • geez those are some killer jumps.

i have no confidence in cross country jumps. equistrian sure, but cross country nope. i rekon a few of those riders needed some more crest release though. it wa s a stressful thing to watch.

  • I totally agree. I agree in lots of ways - as i am sure you ALL will agree =D

But the log up onto the hill is a bit... hard?

  • a few of those riders needed some more crest release though. it was s a stressful thing to watch. I hope you are joking, with the terrain, speed and drops even George Morris, himself would not advise crest release.or, should I say especially GM

  • hu keeps shouting "woo""

fucking retard... how does that help?? in any way??

  • No It makes them "GO" It is nice to here somebody happy for her- just because nobody shouts for you. who agrees?

  • yh the gray horse at 4.30 was cleaver puttin an exra stride in

  • the grey at 5:30 was awsome

  • my bad, I mean 4:30

  • that was so scary. poor horse

  • I was a radnor and the first log was not a good ride it was not a matter of just clearing it, the log by its self was an iviting fence but it was very hard to ride. Also the other wter was VERY deep and there were a few horse that got stuck and had a very hard time getting back out, i think there were three falls

  • (clears throat) The first jump was hideous for most of the pairs. My pony (13.2h) could clear that!!

  • yes but remember they have been jumping and galloping a long way at this point a lot of the horses are tiered and the jump is very deceptive it looks like there is a big drop from the other side of the jump and a lot of the pairs miss judge it and has nothing to do with the size of the horse

  • Ah, that's probably true.

  • I doubt it, if you look, its more of a pimple jump, so its double the height it really seems, and then you have a couple of feet until it slopes back down. Its not easy.

  • OH!! I see! Okay.

  • OWWE

    sounds really painfull

    for horse and rider....

    my horse would flip

  • i agree that log and bank are way to to dangerous saying that i have been in an event like that and most horses or riders fell!!!!

  • this looks like a pretty dangerous part of the course the horses are crawling over the first log.

  • they closed this CCI* course shortly thereafter because it was a serious hazard, especially this water obstacle.

  • No wonder. The bank is way too dangerous. The jumps, not so much, but that bank...eek.

  • The event is not running for lack of support and volunteers from what I understand. This is CCI**, not one star.

  • the Americans chear each other on so much more than over here!

  • woo hoooo!!

  • Water jump :) Cool

  • :O :) :P :(

  • ahhh... 633 and826 are verry cute,, look like my tb and hanoverian mares

  • Wow that fall was nasty!

  • I love the white horse who starts at about 4:26. He jumps so beautifully

  • i like the one at about 3:34. he looks like my horse, and he's the only one i've seen at this point that actually jumped the first one.

  • they sure do whip there horses alot, its like they get impatient (the riders)

  • nah not really. its just that they are in it to win it. so they dont want their horse to stop really! plus stopping is dangerous! as you see at the beginning of the video where the horse hesitates.. rider falls.. and horse nearly goes over the jump upside down!!

  • cross country always amazes me but why did differnt people take differnt routes?

  • it just depends what ur horses goods and bads r but usually there r pros and cons for each route u just pick which one u htink u and ur horse will take better

  • some routes are probably quicker but they might need a bit more technical skill. whereas the slightly longer route is easier to ride but theres a possibility of gaining time faults, but you will find that alot of less experienced riders or horses will do the longer less technical route.. hope that helped :D

  • Is the announcer the same one that announces fair hill?

  • It is Brian O'Connor, haven't been to Fair Hill in awhile, so I'm not sure if he's doing it.

  • Thanks for posting this video! Is that The Great Brian O'Conner announcing? So sad that there will be no more Radnor!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'll be putting more Radnor up by the end of the month, and yes, end of an era. Said they just didn't have the support in volunteers. Times change.

  • awsome!!!! poor dude fell off :( But got back on and did it again!!! :)

  • this video makes me want to jump on my horse right now n do some jumping !!hehe

  • Great video. Geez, that first jump looks difficult. It's not all that big, but on the angle with the uphill and downhill into the water ... I'd never be able to do that! I don't blame that grey horse for refusing! Some of these horse/rider pairs are amazing!

  • geez, that first jump looked evil! haha

    but good video :)

  • I love competing at Radnor !!

  • I LOVE KIM SEVERSON (SECOND RIDER)

  • wow, its look so easy! and the first horse, geez, completely balanced all the way!!:0

  • This is what i do and i love the water jumps! they are my favorite

  • that really stinks for the one rider down- great courage though to get up and go! in my seven years of riding cross country, i know how hard it is to get up and go!

  • lol but you also know that if you don't, you loose. XD

  • well, you usually loose anyway, because a fall gives a lot of pp.

  • Thanks so much for posting this! Its terrific!

  • I LOVE the cheering squad - that's great to have people like that encouraging tired, discouraged riders.

  • Gee, and I was just going to say that if I'd been in the crowd, I would've given that woo-hooer a SMACK IN THE FACE!

  • me too. it's so distracting and would def spook my pony
