2:50 is "namuru-..." something.

And then the "load point" text keeps reappearing, and yes, this looks like Beverly Hills Warf.

I can only read kana but not kanji yet so... Maybe a native person could help us out :)

Btw, the sign @ 2:09 says ロードポイント (rō‎do pointo) which means "load point". I suppose the map was supposed to load there had they finished it.

Wow, I love stuff like this. There may be nothing to do here except run around aimlessly but I really don't care. I love the atmosphere it creates and I love both Shenmue games. Is there any chance this is an early, unused version of the Beverly Hills wharf? Look at the little wooden boats on the water and the lighthouse at 5:38 and you'll see what I mean.
