  • How would I prevent the O-Ring or Gasket from drying out if I was to store it for a week or longer?

  • @Pwninator84 and I meant for long storage, when i'm not going to even open the box for a while

  • good video can you a video on the maintenance and repair of the WE-Tech HK416

  • wait, did he say never press the gas release button to release gas, because it will freeze the seals? or did he say dont dump in gas in there? (at 2:23 - 2:29) if so what does that mean dont dump gas in the main valve, cuz as far as i know u cant do that in a gas mag. pls help

  • @redwolfairsoft Can u make the same video but with an m9 and hd camera?

  • How do you lube a c02 blowback that is not field strippable?

  • @Sting3733 i agree

i cant find anything on them

  • how do you tighten the gas valve on the magazine

  • have you put a different spring on yours?

  • Does anyone know of a good usa based website I can get a GBB glock cant seem to find one.

  • @NotTheUsualChoice airsoftgi(DOT)com

  • can i use my silicone spray to lube my propane adapter? yes i said spray not oil

  • what is the hopper? how does it function and why would someone adjust it? i'm new, help me out xD

  • @aeTynoT562

A "Hop-Up" is a soft polymer component which will nick or graze the BB ever so slightly on its way out. By catching it on the top, it induces a backspin; the backspin works by bending the flight path of the pellet upwards. When it is tuned correctly, the pellet will not bend up upwards but will instead fly strait for longer.

In exchange for a tiny decrease in power consumed by the hop-up, it bumps the effective maximum range of the weapon by a significant degree.

  • u guys should make one gor GBB rifles :P

  • will this work for GBB Rifles as in for the method for the magazines show in the video

  • Do you lube the barrel by just spraying lube down it? Also after lubing the barrel should you wipe it down?

  • @verymethree the gas also contains lube

  • dont lube the barrel it gives dirt etc someting to grab onto

  • would these instructions be good/same for a co2 blowback pistol?

  • Yes.

  • Yes, just clean it a bit more often because of the lack of silicone.

  • my kwa usp compact mag leaks

  • check your o rings. or put some more silocon oil on them.

  • I have the same model, it leaks from the bottom, put glue in there but dosent work:(

  • @4apples Don't glue!!! Most common cause is that the o rings have dried. You need to take the mag apart, remove the o ring and soak it in pure silicon oil for a few hours, then reassemble. That fixes most problems. If it's not your o ring, then it is likely to be the valve itself; in that case you need a Shooters Design Tri Valve Key to remove the valve and oil the o rings on the valve. Don't over tighten when replacing the vlave.

  • Can you use paintball lube or do you buy it only for airsoft?

  • airsoft

  • I have a TM HI-Capa 5.1... Very nice gun! But i'm thinking about byeing a TM Glock 17 can anybody tell me if i shut bye it or go with another one?

  • If I were you I would buy a KSC Glock 17 because of their higher FPS

  • The KSC/KWA glock 17 is pretty much the best gbb pistol on the marked. i think i've shot 15.000 shots with it, with different kinds of gas and bb's Never had a problem with it. oh, i fel when runing into cover and the pistol fell out of my holster and i lost the magasine baseplate on the 56 round mag(RS 33 round) Never had a problem with the standar ksc' mags, or even the one that came with the pistol, and that have stood for atleeast 5000 of the bb's shot.

  • nice video.

now i know what to do with my new GBB deagle.

  • Good video but one thing I am unsure about is the fact that no silicon grease was used on the slide and rails, I have a TM Glock 17 like the one on the video and always use grease to ensure there is no friction or abnormal ware and tear on the frame and slide.

  • i HAD one too but the slide broke so i got a TM HI CAPA 4.3 is really good

  • Thanks for the vid man.

  • if you arnt supposed to press the gas button on the mag, how are you supposed to remove exess gas??? dry fire is bad for the gun so i cant just fire away with no bbs...any ideas?

  • Dry firing does not damage a GBB pistol. Of course if you rather not do that, just shoot BBs until you run out of gas.

Another trick is to use an empty gas bottle with a hole in it to depress the fill valve and slowly let out the gas.

The important point is that you release it slow enough and in gaseous form, that the seals don't freeze.

  • Hello and thank you for the info on video's my question to you is can you come up with a video on replacing plastic body to a Metal Body on a Toyko Marui p226

  • what kind of lube did you use for the piston

  • you have to use 100% silicone oil or else.

  • lol or else

  • hey what brand is that silicone spray do you use?

  • what is the Hop up part and what does it do because i am looking to buy my first gas blowbck but i just dont know what this means, thanks.

  • hop up archs the bullet upwards when it leaves the gun, giving it more range. you can adjust how much hopup you want your gun to have via a wheel or a slide, or some other form of device. it changes the trajectory by placing a backwards spin on the bb as it leaves the barrel resulting in lower air pressure on top, making the bullet go up slightly.

  • My KJW M9 Full metal constantly jams. I have stripped it cleaned it lubed it. Im using Matrix .2 bbs and I know for a fact thats not the problem. But after a couple shots, in jams and when I open up the slide theres like 3-4 bbs all jammed up in the ejection port. What do I do???!!! Its been going on for a while and im getting really ticked off cuz I cant take it to skirmishes.

  • could be a problem with the mag feed :)

  • Yeah it was. I purchased a new clip and 150% recoil/hammer spring and it got fixed. My old spring was getting really old and the clip was chipped at the loading nozzle if you looked closely.

  • Which OIL did he use for the loading thing that has to snap back?

  • that shit comes apart like a REAL Glock pistol.

    Awesome...OSU!!!

  • can some one explain the mag. part were you have to press the exit gas button thing please someone tell me...i need one of those wise guys now

  • its what the striker or hammer presses to release gas to fire the gun. you can also press it down to release any excess gas, but this video tells you not to because it could freeze your seals in the mag, making it brittle and susceptible to breakage.

  • Yeah, it's look like TM G17 3rd GEN.

  • Nice guide.

  • redwolfairsoft

  • what gun was that exactly? it was pretty -.-

  • glock G18

  • looks more like a Glock 17

  • they both look similar so could be either

  • 18C have a selective-fire on the slide. This one have non...=Glock 17

  • Looks very much like a Tokyo Marui G17 to me. It has the same sticker on the slide and everything.

The same principle applies to all GBB pistols, so it doesn't really matter what the pistol on the video is.

  • tm g17 3rd generation

    tm g18c's are battery operated

  • tissue!..wouldnt it scratch the barrel?
