I was a resident student at Cromwell in the 1980's when this happened at the dorm next to us so this is NOT the first time it has happened

i saw that on tv  on the 12th floor burned up i don't belive that how could this happend?

I believe the ISU had been conducting drill dry run for fire as well as earthquake education to the student. This is the result. This is to the ISU administration and security with a job well!
