Just saw Gilding and Heinberg live at the Commonwealth Club here in San Francisco. Their efforts are one piece of a puzzle. Another piece is Neil Howe and William Strauss (The Fourth Turning), and others. Put them together and you get a vision of a swift and radical shift sometime in this decade. Thanks for the recommendation of the Fourth Turning. I will look it up. I am just now reading Heinberg's book "The End of Growth"
