thats not an ambient light sensor its a proximity sensor for when you put the phone to your ear the screen turns off, so you don't touch any of the buttons

It's a stainless steel band, not aluminum, and the black mark at the top of the phone is the proximity sensor not the ambient light sensor. Other than that, good video. Can't wait to pick mine up :).
