@spectr1 Hey there, I've had a complete distal bicep tendon rupture and surgery 6weeks ago.(had surgery within 48hrs) with no pain or immobility, patience has been my challenge but I have done very little other than lower body etc.
Was there any specific exercise you feel helped you recover the most?
Also how long did you wait to start lightly deadlifting?
@spectr1 It was probably four months before I started with light deadlifts. I can't say any specific movement helped me get back... just going very slow and not trying to push things too fast.

Yes, although it's not true overhand. I use hook grip.
