Hello, I just want to let you know that inspired by your and my guitar teacher's (at high school) playing.I never would have fallen in love with the classical guitar if it wasn't for you two. 3 yrs ago I thought I would never be able to play this piece. What a beautiful performance of this piece. There were a couple of trivial buzzes on what is a deceptively hard piece (my son was trying to play this last night, and it surprised me how this piece is much harder than it looks). I own two recordings of Lauro's Venezuelan waltzes, and I like this wonderful performance better. Thank you!

@SkunkCommand I'm not trying to act like I know exactly why, but I would say a couple reasons are because he seems to be in his kitchen which most likely don't have the most sound absorbant walls... Also he is amazingly well with his guitar and knows how to get a great sound out of it

I love your playing of this Vals, Peo! - the fingering you use at 0.11 is great, I must

use it instead of the 2nd position at first and then moving up to the 7th - your fingering is much more sensible than the one in my copy!:-)...

And I love the 'twiddle' at the end!:-)

Dear Maestro, i dont stay here complimenting becouse your skills are known. I just would like to know why you use always so much this effect/reverb in your performs. I, personally, would prefer to hear your sound as it comes, clean from your nails, and let the expressivity to an occasional vibrato than using always this "warm effect". It's true that makes things nicer, but it hides your real touch. Thanks for your time and posts.

Hi there, Thanks. I use a good microphone AKG C460B connected to my camcorder via a mixer. In the videoediting software, Pinnacle studio, I add some reverb to give it space. That's it!

Para tocar este hermoso vals, no puedes pedir tabs, tienes que saber leer la partitura, ademas, este vals es genial como para que lo montes con unas "tabs", es una falta de respeto, empieza con estudios faciles que agilizen tu lectura y luego tocas este vals pero leido desde su partitura con arreglo de Alirio Diaz.
