you are aware the difference between people dying and not right? what happened in ft. hood was a tragedy. the cambridge police was a stupid action. not all events are the same. some make flags half mast and some are reminiscent of dave chapelle skits.
"sir, it appears this black man broke into the house and hung up pictures of his family."
The details of the events are irrelevant. Only Obama's ADMISSION that before he had all the facts of the Professor Gates incident, he jumped to a conclusion, but then cautions against doing EXACTLY that in the Ft. Hood incident.
@marklross2 then why do you mention in the video that the police officer was white, the professor was black. and the gunman was a muslim? clearly the events mean something to you.
also you don't accuse people of mass murder flippantly. you can accuse people of being dumb a bit more easily.
consider this similar scenario:
obama: "I carefully make all of my life decisions"
@marklross2 it was a three part statement. the first two illustrate you agree with me that the situations are different. the third part is an illustration
1 you think the races involved in the two events affected obama's reaction. thus you are acknowledging a difference in the events.
2 calling someone a mass murderer is different than saying someone acted stupidly. this should go without saying.
3 this is a simple example to help illustrate the varying importance of different events.
you can't pick and choose which details are relevant. race is a detail, as is the murder of innocent human life.
if you feel race is the only factor separating these two events, i can come to only one conclusion. you are overly sensitive to matters of race. to the point of al sharpton crazy. i don't feel our country needs any more of that.
to quote a great american "your old road is rapidly aging. please get out of the new one if you can't lend a hand"
i didn't call you a racist. i just called you too sensitive. too quick to cry foul.
if you look up laws pertaining to wrongful arrest and mass murder, you'll notice most countries are just as racist as obama. they would treat these two situations entirely different!!!!
did you know usain bolt got olympic medals, and timothy mcveigh got executed? is this also racist?
Mark, don't make me laugh like that. I know you're not the sharpest tool in the-- okay, i know you're about as useful as a wig in a house fire when it comes to any matters revolving the media. But don't you find it a tiny bit hypocritical that a Fox News sheep-- i'm sorry VIEWER, right, would play the race card? Why... doesn't that make you a bit of a racist hypocrite?
Actually i knew you were a racist hypocrite a while back. I wish you good health and improved brain function in the future.
And you're right not to, that's what remains of your critical thinking abilities warning you of my sarcasm. You don't need my wishes for good health, and i know wishing won't save you from your stupid mistakes.

!. race is involved in both events...the details of the events are irrelevant.
2. jumping to a conclusion is jumping to a conclusion regardless of the conclusion.
3. incorrect...

if details are irrelevant is race not also irrelevant?
zdd4 2 years ago 2
no - race is the single most important characteristic that is common to both events...

it is obama who makes an issue of race by not treating the two events with the same caution....he is the racist..not me....

Did you ever wonder why the Bama Man is so indecisive? I think I know....He doesn't know what the hell he is doing.
Facts are not important to him. Being the President in name only is.
