Wow I just went to whitehouse.gov and downloaded the long form birth certificate Obama released 4-27-2011 . It is indeed a digitally compiled and created document. Not a scan of a real piece of paper.... I am calling it a forgery. I know a little about this sort of thing. I loaded it into my computer and saw with my own eyes that the creator of this forgery forgot to flatten the image.
Flatting a document is kind of like taking two super imposed images and making them as one with each other so they can no longer be separated. The program allows me to hide any or all of the 11 layers. each layer has different text on it. OCR cannot do what I see here.
Its was forged because Obama wanted us to obsess over this birther thing to draw attention away from something more important. He did say he had more important things to do in is speech. We must be extra vigilant as to what the powers that be are up to when this forgery gets main stream news. And us truthers must spread the word.

According to the web site the name didn't change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children's Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the 1978 info.

Natural Born means born to two U.S. citizen parents. Native Born means born in the U.S. or in one of its territories. Obama is not eligible to be President.
There is no where in US law that says both parents need to be US citizens in order for their kid to be a natural born citizen. That is pure birther myth.

There are no adoption records but even if he was adopted, according to US immigration laws at the time.... because Obama was born in Hawaii (US soil) he could not lose his US citizenship as a child. No, our arguments have basis. The birth certificate can be seen on fight the smears. There is no difference between short form and long form (HRS 338-13). In 1961, HRS 333-17.8 which allows for a child born out of the state, did not exist. The next part requires an inference. If there was no law allowing a child born out of state to obtain a state birth certificate, and the the child has a state birth certificate, then the child was born in the state.

Wow I just went to whitehouse.gov and downloaded the long form birth certificate Obama released 4-27-2011 . It is indeed a digitally compiled and created document. Not a scan of a real piece of paper.... I am calling it a forgery. I know a little about this sort of thing. I loaded it into my computer and saw with my own eyes that the creator of this forgery forgot to flatten the image.

Flatting a document is kind of like taking two super imposed images and making them as one with each other so they can no longer be separated. The program allows me to hide any or all of the 11 layers. each layer has different text on it. OCR cannot do what I see here.

Check the official web site for Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital and according to the information there, the name of the hospital at the time of his birth should have been Kauikeolani Children's Hospital. According to the web site the name didn't change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children's Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the 1978 info.

Natural Born means born to two U.S. citizen parents. Native Born means born in the U.S. or in one of its territories. The article in the Constitution is the only place where the Founders used Natural Born. Elsewhere Native Born was used, so they knew the difference between the two terms. Obama is not eligible to be President.

Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. There are no adoption records but even if he was adopted, according to US immigration laws at the time.... because Obama was born in Hawaii (US soil) he could not lose his US citizenship as a child. He would've had to have renounced US citizenship first, then sworn allegiance to Indonesia, which he could not do as a minor.
He didn't have to get back his US citizenship because he never lost it.

The Law of Nations did not contain the phrase "natural born citizen" until the London translation of 1797. Vattel did not use that term. The Constitution was written a decade BEFORE that. No, our arguments have basis. The birth certificate can be seen on fight the smears. There is no difference between short form and long form (HRS 338-13). In 1961, HRS 333-17.8 which allows for a child born out of the state, did not exist. The next part requires an inference. If there was no law allowing a child born out of state to obtain a state birth certificate, and the the child has a state birth certificate, then the child was born in the state.

Hah Moron. Show me the law that grants Hospitals the right to issue official birth certificates. I'll even give you the provision HRS § 338-5. Compulsory registration of births. No show me where it gives the authority for a hosptial to issue a cerificate. They don't. They register the birth with the department of health who issues a certificate.

No I'm fully aware of the American Court system. What I find laughable is your disbelief in its merits. You seem to think that only those with noble causes should be represented. Well then the question falls on what is noble and what should happen to the rest of those cases

Yaddah, yaddah. I used every word I chose adequately. Hawaii only issues short forms? yeah; right. At any rate; that is immaterial; because you claim Obama has a long form; and if so; he has not shown it. He hasn't because it does not exist; or because it does not prove eligibility to POTUS. What law vests me? The same that vested me with the right to vote; moron. And again; whatever you want to call the hospital document issued to Obama at birth, that is the document I want to see.

You used them adequately if you don't know the meaning of them. You did not however use them properly. Hawaii only issues short forms. Google: Birth certificate styles adjust to fit times and regulations. I don't claim he has a long form. I claim the state does. They however don't release them (see article). Your failure to research or accept that is on you. YOU STILL AREN"T CITING A LAW. Again the Hospital doesn't issue a document, so what you want to see does not exist.
