This mod kinda sucks. Use the LM310 voltage follower chip. Its a drop in replacment for the LM318 mod circuit, and you can eliminate the 10k resistor and 27pF cap in the feedback loop since the 310 is internally connected as a follower. I built one and it works great. Colors are correct, no noise/tearing in pix.
did you have any problems adjusting the pot to get a good picture? mine wants to be a Paine can get good pic but after a min or two it gets crazy might have gotten a bad part
Impressive, and thanks! I went can got the parts tonight. I was able to revive a "dead" Coleco. I suppose there was a RF problem. I figured to try this and bypass the crappy RF.
It works, and looks great! Is there an easy Intellivision version? I'd rather not buy those $40 pre-made mods. This total cost was about $3.50!
I'm getting no video from it.

Excellent job, Sir! I wish my Colecovison had a composite cable attachment instead of that awful R.F switch.

Awesome DIY mod! Never seen this but it's such a delicate procedure to mod a console. Cool none the less.
