  • R.I.P JL!!!!!!!!

  • Makes me want to go buy an old tank and restore it.

  • Well first of all most of the Germans Tanks in WW2 where Panzer 4, second the idea of the panther came from T-34 -panther is an over engineered T-34. The best that was in the Panther was the gun and accuracy, the Armour was average for this class, better than the Sherman s of course. And often we forget that the Germans had excellent tactics and experience compare to Allied force.

Overall very ambitious design but why build one complex Panther or Tiger if you can have 6 Sherman tank build.

  • @BOROZ28 because we do not think that our boys are expendable!

  • @MrPHAELAN Sherman was a mistake on all the aspects, never understood why it was chosen (Bribery or a position later-In my opinion). The boys going with inadequate training and a bad tank where heroes in my opinion. Russian T-34 where made using our US equipment that we gave them. The Russians where able to give a good tank, but we failed.Sherman had a airplane engine that used benzine that highly inflammable -no wonder why the Germans called it (lighter).

  • This is a very interesting series but narrator talks so much shit, thankyou for posting!

  • at 6:50 watch the cat commandeer the T-34

  • If I could so much as ride in a Panther just once, I would be the happiest man alive. It's just such an amazing piece of engineering... I really wish someone back in 1945 had thought ahead and realised that these vehicles would be worth more intact in a few years than they were as scrap metal then.

  • If I could own any tank, it would be the variant of the Panther; The Jagdpanther or the Panther itself. The King Tiger is among my favourites aswell.

  • i can make more

  • The Pzkfw V and the T-34, retired from the business of kicking ass, and business was so good it brought the world out of the great depression

  • a rumor says that there is a sunked tank 2 miles from my house in the river Mūsa, Latvia. nobody knows the exact location, thats why almost every year some group of fanatics go around asking the locals for clues. But as long as I know, they are just rednecks looking for scrap metal ;/

  • @Tenchcnet That's sad, scrapping a valuable piece of history. :<

    Know what type it is?

  • @sturmtiger305mm its a panther Ausf.A late version.

  • This panther was stolen from Polish in the 90.

  • @predi888 Has it ever occured to you that Poles might've stolen it from the Germans?

  • @bohemianh yes

  • @bohemianh it is. there are videos of it

  • @bohemianh it is. there are videos of it , please take note that this 5 part episode was made over a few years.

  • i notice the soviet tanks he has.

  • It's a real shame that in such a documentary, the narrator is so uneducated he can't pronounce the

tank ID correctly. Let's educate the educators before they get in front of the microphone..

  • such a great series, RIP Mr. Littlefield
