Eclectus love to have a bath. How often are you really wetting her down? It really should be daily in winter when our houses are dry and every other day atleast. Mine all love bath time. Just a thought this behavior looks like what eclectus do when being sprayed with water. (not hot, not cold)
my eclectus also does this mad cleaning in the morning followed by this crazy behaviour afterwards. Mine tends to chase the dogs around the house or attacks the bells in the cage when she gets in this mood
