I drive up Hamilton fairly often on my Tacoma since I'm right down Alum Rock, *I know, how I've not been stabbed yet is beyond me too, heh...* but I've never witnessed how grand a ride Hamilton is from a biker's point of view. Must be fun going up a windy but open stretch of road like what Hamilton has to offer.
That's a little past the Peterson / Livermore cross section, heading towards Lick Observatory, right? I love that stretch of road, but honestly it would've been interesting to see you guys take the ride down towards the Livermore side of Hamilton, that long straightway arched by tree with the side view of the open mountains is just a sight to behold.
Good video to compare to my Contour HD, who's sound would be totally drowned out by wind noise on this kind of ride. Did you use the sealed back or open back for this test?

Yes I used the sealed cover on this video. The sound is far from perfect but it's not bad.
