Some people believe the sacrifice of Jesus Christ made it possible for them to eat anything. I was speechless when a Christian said she lives by that. I have found that the difficulty in living as a Christian is the little information shared or spoken to help in guiding a person's daily actions and behavior in regard to healthy living. Church dinners and pot lucks are prime examples about how not to eat.
