    :-)

  • Ha ha ha! I love how into PE your getting!! Good job!!!

  • LOL!

I had absolutely no idea what i was doing when i made this, but it worked!

    :-)

  • Hey Twish, that was really great! I'll bet it had to have taken hours just to animate, and then the effects afterwards! BRAVA! BRAVA! Huggs, Erica :)

  • Hi Erica!

It took about 2 hours from beginning to end, but it wouldn't have taken even that long if i wasn't so picky about which music to use, it took me longer to decide on a track!

    :-)

  • Lol i like your video :D.

Nice job and the editing was PERFECT!

  • Thank you so much Vaughan

    :-)

  • How do you know my name?!

  • I clicked on your channel page and it says your name there :-)

  • oh ok :D

  • HAHAHA I love it :))))

I know that this one minute clip probably took hours of shooting to create.

  • Thanks Beth, in fact it only took 2 hours from beginning to end, not bad considering i didn't really know what i was doing! LOL!

    :-)

  • OMG! I have bought it three days ago!!! I thought about to record a video! TRISH! Your first animation is AWESOME! :)

Five stars and favorite in my videos.

    Stefano

  • Thank You so much Stefano my friend :-)

    x hugs x

  • wow weee! :O

  • LOL!

    :-)

  • That was wonderful! Joyous and infectious, excellent first animation! I'll be smiling all day now, thanks Trish! :)

  • What a lovely comment Steve, thank you!

    :-)

  • I love it!

P.S. why don't you approve my friend invite?

  • Thanks!

I have accepted your friends invite, thank you!

    :-)

  • wow!!!!

  • :-)

  • That's great, Twish. I just bought Toon Boom and am trying to learn it. A big learning curve.

  • Oh i've never heard of that, i'll be interested to see what you can do with it

    :-)

  • Very good! Especially for a first attempt. That was fun! :D

  • Thanks, yes not bad considering i had no idea what i was doing!

    LOL!

    :-)

  • FUN!

  • Thank you! I've been waiting on seeing another video from you!

    :-)

  • that was cool! i'm sure it must take a lot of time & editing. have fun with it ;)

  • Thanks Gail, it's not hard really, just a bit time consuming!

    :-)

  • Your grandmother inspired this!!!! She looks pretty together without her clothes, still! I bet fried foods don't touch those lips!!! Way to go granny!!!

    be well m'dear!

  • Yes, such a pity i didn't inherit her thin gene

  • Comment removed

  • Such fun!!! Nice work :-)

  • Thanks Joseph, i just like playing with the editing suite!

    :-)

  • great job. keep it up.

  • Thanks so much Tim!

    :-)

  • Interesting schtuff, Twish. Looks like it'd be fun to play with. But maybe REALLY time consuming... :-)

  • It took about 2 hours altogether, but a lot of that time was taken choosing the 'right' music because i'm such a nerd!

    LOL!

    :-)

  • I have one of those but I have never caught it doing that! Excellent animation

  • If you get up in the dead of night, and tiptoe over to it VERY quietly.. then it still won't be doing this!

    LOL!

    :-)

  • Ha ha ha! Actually mine is to feature in a music video coming up - it's all in my head but that's the easy part LOL!

  • THAT part of making videos is the hardest bit for me!

  • Trish, this is so cool! I'm impressed!

    (((Hugs)))

    ~Mimi

  • Thanks so much Mimi!

I had no idea what i was doing so i'm happy it turned out ok!

    :-)

    x hugs x

  • Very cool animation Twish! I've done two animations here on YouTube,

"Attack Of The Killer Tripods" and "Monitors Gone Wild". I was well pleased with the results of both of them.

Animations are tedious while your doing them but there's always a great moment of anticipation about what the result will look like when your editing them. I got a lot of satisfaction out of doing mine and will eventually do more.

  • Are those vids on Blinkazoid channel? I will go and see them.

This one i made is very basic, but i had no idea how to do it, maybe i will try again with something more adventurous

    :-)

  • Yep, they're on my Blinkazoid channel. The're stop motion vids. Maybe not exactly animation but kinda like animation. Do a search and you'll find them. One good thing about animation videos is they tend to be short because it would take FOREVER to do a long one, LOL.

  • Yes, to get this to last 1 minute i had to put the same fotage in several times but i reversed some of it to make it a little different

I will be interested to see your vids, i will go find them

    :-)

  • very cool. that takes alot of patience even for just a few moves. 5 stars

  • you did a GREAT job! =)

  • Thanks so much Kels!

    :-)

  • LOL! Billy, i had no idea what i was doing ( nothing new there then! )

    :-)

  • haha I loved it, Must have taken AGES

  • Actually it didn't take too long Hannah, just 2 hours from start to finish and most of that was finding the 'right' music to go with it!

    :-)

  • Wonderful Twish! I enjoyed it!

    Lori :)

  • It's very basic Lori but maybe next time i can do something better now i know what i'm doing!

    :-)

  • Isn't it fun learning new things? Now that I am learning how to edit even that opens up so many possibilities! Now all I need is TIME! *sigh*

    :)

  • Oh i know all about that! And you can't buy it sadly :-)

  • If I could buy it I would definitely have some extra stashed away somewhere for times like these! ;)

  • Yes, and another thing i'd like to buy is a day from the past.. wouldn't that be cool!

  • Oh my gosh that would be so awesome and an excellent idea for a video! I think I will do that this morning! You twigged me! LOL (do you use that expression?) I worked for a doctor once that was from England and he would say that. First time he said it I said...um...I didn't touch you! LOL

  • Oh and yes we 'twigged' when we realise something!

  • LOL yes, he had to explain it to me and now I use it all the time! :)

  • Unless of course you'd like to do a video about that...it was actually your idea! LOL

  • No! feel free to make a video about it, sounds like a fun video i could make a response to maybe!

    :-)

  • Ohhh that would be wonderful!!

  • What fun....loved it!

  • Thanks so much Cheryl!

    :-)

  • this is a great way of combining older techniques with newer technology! :D

    Love it Trish!

  • Yes, Thank you Dalton!

    :-)

  • Well done! Animation can get addictive. It was one of my hobbies as a child. back in the day when we actually had to remove film from a camera and have it chemically processed!

  • It's strange how old fashioned that sounds and yet really it's not that long ago!

    :-)

  • So true!

  • lol Hey Twish that was great

  • Thanks so much Joy!

    :-)

  • I've missed seeing you.

  • Hi Joy, yes i've missed seeing you too

    :-)

  • Excellent Twish!

  • Thanks Lisa!

    :-)

  • just great! :)

  • Oh Thanks so much! It was my first try, maybe next time i'll do a better job :-)

  • haha that was amazing! God it looked like a lot of work went into that one! Im totally in love with that wooden soul. xx haha

  • I call him my quivering bloke! LOL!

    :-)

  • Very cool. How long did this take to create? Great choice of music too.

  • Probably 2 hours altogether, BUT that's only because i didn't know how to do it and had to figure it out! LOL!

Taking the photos of the wooden stick man didn't take long at all, probably choosing the 'right' music took longer!

    :-)

  • wow very cool twish

  • Thanks so much!

    :-)

  • Looks like you had some fun doing that! :-)

  • I did actually! I love learning new tricks!

    :-)

  • Wow!! Cool stuff, nice job!

  • Thanks Daniel!

    :-)

  • Trish that looked a lot like me dancing. The model was so skinny it was uncanny how much it reminded me of my slim physique.. LOL

    You are so darn smart..

  • Funnily enough Dolores, as soon as i saw this finished video i thought

'that quivering stick bloke reminds me of Dolores!'

    :-)

    x hugs x

  • I'm very impressed -- great job! Christina xxx

  • I'm very impressed too! LOL! I couldn't believe it worked! LOL!

I KNOW it's not very good and i KNOW it could have been better but i am so happy i tried!

    :-)

  • Oh now, would you look at you getting all techie on us!! LOL Great job Trish! :D What fun!

  • LOL! Just call me a nerd Judy!

    :-)

  • See, I told you that I knew you had nothing better to do. Come and do my laundry!!!

    Nicely done :)

  • Sorry i can't be having 'wash-a-day' hands as my hands are now delicate instruments that can make quivering stick blokes dance

  • I am sure they have made more than stick blokes quiver *wink wink nudge nudge* Rawr

  • Have you been listening to gossip about me again

  • Actually I was just trying to start some gossip about you.

  • I hope it's nice and juicy, and very racy and BAD!

  • I had a peach like that once.

  • nice job!

    how many pictures?

  • 48 but i cheated and used the same bits over and over, i just reversed some of them to make it look a bit different!

    :-)

  • Good job Trish! It takes a lot of patience to do these!

  • It was fun all the same Matt!

    :-)

  • very good

  • Thanks!

    :-)

  • Great Job! very cool

  • Thanks Dawn!

    :-)

  • Excellent !

  • Oh thank you!

    :-)

  • Too fun! At 52 it looked like a paper doll. You are a multitalented woman indeed. We're very lucky to get to see the stuff you play with.

  • Liz, i had no idea how to do it, but i'm one of those people that just likes a challenge!

    :-)

  • I like a challenge too , that is why I married Allen.. Most days I feel like I am losing this challenge

  • Oh dear, well maybe you can replace him with a quivering stick man :-)

  • That was wonderful.

  • Thanks David!

    :-)

  • Cute!

    Hugs, Irene

  • Thanks Irene!

    :-)

  • Awesome Trish, you are becoming a real Computer nerd dear lol

    Peace,

    Allen

    :-)

  • Good job, Twish! I foresee some new dimensions to your videos in the near future.

  • I am just playing around with the editing suite as it's the only way i will learn what it does as i absolutely refuse to read the damn manual!

    :-)

  • Manual? What's that?

  • I don't know but I am allergic to them and it sounds like you suffer from the same debilitating condition

  • Hahahaha! You two are why no-one in their right mind ever wants to work in a "Help Center."

    Thank you for asking.
