I don't think that wasn't fair that Porter was fired. I think it is proper to fire him after the season not during the SEASON.

Wow , i cant believe Kerr made his decision based on Terry Porter's wonderful fckin family.. Um he should really be hiring someone who can coach an dhas had some success in coaching. Not just his great media presence and lovely family .LOL. So does that meen Kerr would turn down somebody that is awesome just because hes not married or doesn tmatch up with the media. Thats not a good start for a GM.

I did not want to see D'antoni leave either, he fit well into this program. As for porter i can see him getting us over the hump and into the Finals sometime soon.

Trust me the suns will be better on Defense, Terry Porter is a balanced person, and he braught in a great coach to help players learn defensively.

Thing is balancing takes time. And I think it's gonna take away the chance of 08-09 championship from Suns. He's trying to balance out defense and offense, but is reducing offense right now in attempt to strengthen defense. Without their offense, the suns practically lose all their strength.

d' antoni liked to push the ball up the court and have a hardcore offense  wen they got shaq, he cant run the floor. dont flood my message box saying he can remember wen he ran after a free throw or led the break that 1 time this season...and passed it to mello if i remember correctly

porter is gunna focus on the suns defense and chage up the offense a litle to make shaq more comfortable also, he is gunna work wit the bech a bit more kuz we only had LB and GG this season :/ LB FTW

As much as I didn't want D'antoni to go, we weren't winning with our old system. Hopefully, new is better. Porter looks likes he's got some potential to get us back into the championship mix. ^_^
