  • I just came back from "Teen Extreme Youth Camp". We sang this at Pensacola Christian College. All 200 of us. We sang a little faster, and we echoed every line except "let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me."

  • @kaleyley0829 I learned this song at Teen Extreme too! (:

  • Whenever the alto enter I get goose bumps... Praise God!

  • Isaiah 58:13,14. Exodus 20:8-11. Matthew 5:17-19. What does it mean to be a Christian? Doesn't it mean to have gratitude to Jesus Christ who died for the world? Do not we as Christians keep the commandments of God? Then why do some break His commandment by worshipping on Sunday? Seventh Day Adventist Church, the 144,000 from the book of Revelation.

  • @spakedme MATTHEW 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves

  • @Justacarolinian I'm only trying to do you a favor. You don't have to become SDA. Just worship on Saturday. After all i gave you scripture showing Jesus or God never changed the Sabbath. 1 John 5:3 shows that you love God by obeying what he commands.

  • @spakedme If you knew scripture, you would know that the sabbath is from Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown. And that as Gentiles, we don't keep the Hebrew law. If you keep the sabbath in that sense, you are obligated to keep all the laws and feasts and such. If you miss so much as one day, you are guilty of the whole law.

What you are doing is proselytizing, if you admit it or not.

  • @Justacarolinian Romans 10:12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile-the same Lord is Lord of all. Hebrews 10:18 no more sacrificing. I know we don't need to keep all the old testament ceremonies Hebrews 13:9. I know about Genesis evening and morning 1st day etc. Sabbath was there from the beginning of creation and what's wrong with proselytizing Mark 16:15.

  • @spakedme Preaching the Gospel and prostlyzing aren't the same thing. Think about what you just said. Now look back to the scripture I posted from Mathew. "Woe unto you"

And the sabbath wasn't there from the beginning. It came about AFTER leaving Egypt.

God is to be worshiped in spirit and in truth, not on a day.

  • @Justacarolinian By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. Genesis 2:3 REMEMBER the sabbath not YOU SHALL keep the sabbath Exodus 20:8 I believe from the beginning sabbath was there. o.O

  • @spakedme As I said before, if you are into the keeping of the old Jewish laws, you have to keep 100% of them. If you fail in so much as one thing, you fail the entire law. Exodus 20:8 is after Egypt, which I spoke of before. Gen 2:3 doesn't command us to keep anything, it tells us God rested on that day. It doesn't even call it the sabbath.

    Nice try, but you fail.

Have you not noticed which of the 10 commandments Jesus didn't mention at the sermon on the mount?

  • blessed be your holy name oh LORD..

  • Praise the Lord God almighty, and blessed be His name for He alone is God and His mercy endureth for ever! I thank the Lord my God for His name is Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

  • @ChessieSeaboardX

I remember singing this song in Jr. & Sr. High Church Youth Group activities too! The only way to sing this song is back & borth between guys & gals repeating each line/phrase in harmony.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • this is one the first songs i learn in the kindom and i love it

  • Omg i love this song

  • The lyrics are taken from Psalm 25, a beautiful prayer of King David to God. The song is wonderfully sung by the Maranatha Singers which I considered to be the best praise group so far.

  • This is a very well done music video. Thanks you and God bless.

  • Amongst my best. In him I trust in deed.
