This song could have been great if they could just stop with the clean vocal refrain. Musicianship is strong, song structure is interesting, then the standard "pained" clean vocals kick in and it sounds like Saosin has taken over what was beforehand a very heavy song.

Not going to lie, I have done my fair share of torrenting, Son of the Morning was the second album i have ever purchased, and i'm 20. Christian artist need all the support they can get, they take a huge hit in revenue signing to a "Christian" label. Just to cover myself, i am not saying they deserve it more than any other band out there.

Dude Micha's vocals either got better or he is just trying harder. These vocals are really good. I love how hes using like hardcore vocals from the actual genre hardcore, and speaking vocals and high and low really distorted unclean vocals. Dude thats really impressive.
