So what defines a cougar anyway? I love David Cook and his music and certainly his pre idol music. Why do people have to have labels. Why can't we all love David for everything that he is without labels and negative comments. I am sure we all want to see him rise higher and higher and it will take all of us to get him there.

i really like david cooks before american idol style. ive heard a lot of axium or axiom whatever. and i really dig their sound. (im a huge tantric fan and thats what they sound like) but this new cd of his. its not to rocky so much as it is mainstream rock pop?? i dont know. hes still very talented but i perfer this type of rock.

This grandma voted because he's ROCK. We've been waiting for someone decent to come along after such a dry spell & the crap that's out there-&we found it-DAVID COOK and not the boring little David. Rock is classic. I have Analog Heart & Axium stuff. However, I think his Axium music is much better. Rock is a hard sell though.

ilieizyan: Oh, by the way I taught my 4 grandkids (I have 5 but she's 7 months) to do the rock sign, stick out their tongue & then say DAVID COOK ROCKS FTW! LOL. Two of them stole 2 of my 7 copies of my David Cook album and play it all the time. He'll put out more "rock" albums but he had to record something for everyone in his first album, which I love anyway esp. Bar-ba-Sol, A Daily AntheM, Declaration, Kiss on the Neck & Breathe Tonight--oh shit, I like them all.

Well, I'm not a "cougar" but I'm over 50 and I love this. It's my favorite song! Analog Heart appeals to a lot of my friends and we're all grandmas n cougars, age wise. I guess what I'm saying is don't count us out. We grew up on heavy rock. David's own musical style works for us.

this is my favourite axium song! i really can´t believe they didn´t make it big! probably you need a lot of promotion or you have to sign adesion contracts with the record companies just wondering ! hopefully david´s keeping his style, LOVE HIM x

It's one of my favorite Axium songs... How I wish we'd have a studio recording of this. It's one of the last songs David did with the band, and he wrote it on his own, so I sort of see it as early AH rather than late Axium.
