Other demonstration videos do it slowly, which is great for learning the technique, but it's great to see it demonstrated at this higher speed. I wouldn't want to move too slowly during an emergency situation with my (or any) baby. Thanks.

This is the best learning video out there in my opinion. All the other ones do it slowly and casually talking along the way. This one shows you how fast it can go when you've got adrenalin pumping, making it more like a real situation that you can learn from.
