  • @topspincrazy do you even know how to play tennis? you sound pretty bad.

  • @topspincrazy do you even know how to play tennis?

  • @torychestman aw dude, I don't know how at all. you realize the guy i'm viding isn't me...

  • @hi10spro I bet this "topspincrazy" kid has no idea what he's doing. hes the ultimate n00000b

  • @torychestman haha do you?

  • @topspincrazy I'm actually one of the top juniors in the world. what are you ranked? can you even hold a racket? stop pretending like you're some sort of expert

  • @torychestman hey hey no fighting on my page. go do it on your own

  • @topsincrazy do you even know how to play tennis? you seem pretty bad

  • Yes i agree, and how about the tecnique? I agree the follow through is smooth, but when I compare to mr Federer and Sylvester I see a big different, but this guy.... someware between those two players ;D reallly small follow though. I like how he keeps it simple X)

  • @naikahnomtom the guy gets a lot of balls in play very controlled...even when he's in a bad position, he gets a lot of balls in play controlled...and on these courts...that's half the battle

  • @naikahnomtom actually you dont want to have volleys like federer...especially his backhand volley, federer doesnt keep the racquet head firm and still he actually more or less snaps his wrist down when he hits his volleys but at the same time they work for him, in my opinion get into good habits while you can but the guy in the video has great smooth looking volleys so probably good to watch and copy from him or for example copy the bryan brothers volleys(best in the world)

  • @topspincrazy You know people rage all the time...about Fed...but the stuff he does is out of control...he's just so talented... so I agree... but the Bryans...watch their volley drills :D I like the one they're about one inch from net and hitting overheads to the volleyer...yeah...try that one ...saw a clinic with the Dad...crazy volley drills

  • @hi10spro yea i agree...saw this thing on the tennis channel where they are at the service line opposite sides and they go back and forth volleying...THEY NEVER MISS!!! haha

  • @topspincrazy the dad's a volley freak..he has all these CRAZY drills...that are point blank, fullspeed, and dangerous!!!

  • @hi10spro haha yea he's a little bit too crazy for my standards :D

  • @topspincrazy well I thought Federer has the best volley in the world. I agree that the Brians has the best tecnique to copy :). But in my experiance of only 8 years of tennis, i learn that volley is no shot. Like a wall. Just placing the ball back on court simple as possible in short angle.(only if close to the net) And the Brians they have wounderfull volleys.

  • @naikahnomtom u know dont get me wrong by what i said about federer he is the BEST tennis player ever. its just his groundstrokes and everything about his game is amazing just not his volleys. like i said they work for him, just saying if u ever want to have amazing volleys watch the bryans

  • @topspincrazy true that...watch the bryan brothers volley drills...INSANE..that's the modern game, play 1 CENTIMETER from the net and just hit like a demon...course the Bryan's are like 10 feet tall..

  • @topspincrazy just saw the bryans man, you lied. They're good though

  • @topspincrazy its because they have good reaction and always get the good hit on the sweet spot. i suck!! at doubles by the way i cant stand opened stance like them when i block volleys

  • @naikahnomtom haha dude trust me the bryans have the better volleys...number one doubles team in the world is gonna have the best volleys take my word for it...and its not just because of reaction and sweet spot...they place it like non other they can drop it with no effort and they can crowd the net and smash it on you

  • @naikahnomtom and one other point...when they block a volley open stanced that is because the ball comes at them at an insane speed and the cover more court and so they can be ready for the next shot quicker since they use less movement

  • @topspincrazy this guy was SOLID...didn't miss. clean hits. smooth. a tough player to play

  • @hi10spro oh yea i can tell...actually my coach set me up with a 4.5 to play against today who played just like this....didnt hit too hard but placed it like nonother. im only 15 and i creamed a 5.0 who just litterally hit hard and rallied and the 4.5 that i played today was soooo much harder to play against!!!!

  • @topspincrazy dude...those are the best guys to play--the consistent guys, your game is gauged by the success of yourself. like I play my friend who's aggressive, if I'm off...i am in trouble, but sometimes, i'm playing decent, but he's on fire just smacking winners...it's better to play consistent guys then aggressive ones

  • @hi10spro yeah like dont get me wrong my gamestyle is aggressive but consistent so really im just gonna make u run and then wait for the ball that i can just crank

  • @topspincrazy doent matter how good you are, you can beat any guy dude i promise, only if you play right

  • @naikahnomtom i mean ur right but at the same time wrong in some ways...some people just are plain and simple better...u yourself may be better against certain opponents because maybe ur game plays to their weaknesses but at the same time there is always that one person that is going to be better

  • @topspincrazy match ups are huge because i'm not going to change my style ever...

  • @hi10spro exactly you know whatever works for you :)

  • @topspincrazy ill give you that. but the friends that I have dont really hit hard and its passive to just stand there like a still wall, i must be a wall that can brock forward, and i wound take the bryants volley it i wound play double.

  • @topspincrazy true that...watch the bryan brothers volley drills...INSANE..that's the modern game, play 1 CENTIMETER from the net and just hit like a demon...course the Bryan's are like 10 feet tall.. Dude thats just complicate.. why should they kill the ball??! cant they just place it angled and let the ball die??!! not even Nadal cound take it, if anyone suceed it. keep it simple, playin 1cm is too perfect. wound the bryan make it if theyre playing volley on singles??

  • What can this guy improve his volleys?

  • @naikahnomtom that's a good question. this guy is VERY small--and he has basically given up trying to hit hard--his power level is LOW BUT he doesn't miss. I mean...he doesn't miss, but it's not big, BUT on this glass like surface, the ball speeds up on its own

  • @naikahnomtom he's small. like i would say he weighs like 90 lbs and is about five feet 3 inches tall. he would have to read the ball and close in and pound the high balls...because he's so short, there are no low volleys and they're all overheads... i'm joking..joking...
