I know so many of my friends in the U.S have had folk try to sue them for nothing.One example 'Friend Backs out of a driveway in a car, Truck crashes into side of car not seeing it, tuck driver tries sues for "injuries" then tries depression then his wife tries to sue because he is "depressed" making her "depressed"... So fucked up haha! People need to just get on with their lives.

Most bouncers are kinda assholes, once i left a club, but i accidentally forgot my jacket in the wardrobe, i asked if i'd get in for a sec to get my jacket, but they told me to buy another ticket. I didn't have any cash on me and my credit card was in my jacket, they didn't care, told me to come cak in the morning to get it. It was -20C outside. I had to wrestle one of them until the head bouncer came and chilled the other one down and allowed me inside. Fuckers.

Whoever filmed this is dumb as shit. Bouncers have no additional or special legal rights. They can respond to assaults / batteries with REASONABLE physical force. The physical force the bouncer used was not reasonable, so it was an assault / battery. If the guy chose to sue, it's possible he'd win something.

Am I the only person who saw him reaching in his pockets to pay the bouncer to ge in before repeatedly being pushed on to the ground and into the street? The guy was wrong. It wasn't assault necessarily. It was however battery. Bouncers aren't allowed to do anything more than anyone else especially after he walks off the property. The man never touches the bouncer or tries to enter the property. I think he's actually right. He should have pressed charges.
