What I do believe is that people in general have natural tendencies (which I believe have nothing to do with race). So a person may be right brain dominate but they can still develop the left side of the brain and vice versa. It would just be a little tougher for that person to do things that require the none dominate side of the brain.

I have seen the forms that ask about minority and gender status and have seen in urban areas only women and minorities that represent these federal agencies.

I can give a concrete real life example: Residential real estate. In the one urban area that I am familiar with, and I speculate many urban areas, the top producing real estate agents are women. And yet despite that prima facie evidence that deep rooted prejudice is not active, it is still necessary when applying to represent FNMA, FDMC, HUD, USDA, whether or not the business is female or minority owned.

When looking at property owned by one of those agencies one will see a female or minority agent representing the government. Many non minority married agents carefully configure their business so that the wife is a 51% owner so as to qualify to do business with the government.

on a long chase, exited into residential at 60 mph, threw 2 officers to the ground, absorbed a 50000 volt tazer and stayed on his feet and continued to charge, then that white person would have been hit with batons. That is why the batons are issued. King was not injured. The batons are designed to not injur. King was never hit in the head or vital organs. After being handcuffed he was never hit again. The other passenger, also black, did not charge the cops and was arrested without incident.

I don't know where you get your information from Rodney King didn't throw any officers to the ground and he didn't continue to charge any officers. His body just moved towards the officers because of the shock. If you saw the pictures of Mr. King after the incident you will see that his face was swollen and he had wounds. Why are we talking about Rodney King this took place in 1990 I belive, Rev. Wright speach took place in 2008. You want to stick up for a prejudice system no matter what.

I get my information from watching the trail. You haven't seen all the video if you think that he did not throw cops to the ground and if you think that the video shoes King struck in the face by a baton.

I have to admit that when I first saw the tape I also jumped to the same conclusion but that was before hearing the evidence. There was no need to have riots. King was not treated a certain way because of his race; it was because of his behavior.

Ironically, the cops were convicted and sent to prison because of King's race. The second trial was moved to the inner city with a Wright like culture and it was made clear that there would be further rioting in the proper verdict was not achieved.

The first trial was held in a white community with an all white jury that had nothing in common with Mr. King. The second trial was held in a community in which represented the community that the officers patroled in. The riot occured not just because of Rodney King but because the people of the community had experience and seen police brutality all their lives and the police got away with it. King's example was on tape and the police still got away. The people saw this as the last straw.

The cops were unfairly convicted and the tape demonstrated it, community experience with police brutality aside. King did not succumb to the taser. He just wouldn't stop. At one point he stopped and one could see on the tape the lead officer give a command and a hand gesture to stop. All 3 cops stopped immediately at the same time but then King started to get up and so then the order was given to start the batons again.

The same procedure would have occurred had King of been white.
