There was even server for the pirate version but after the new updates and the making of the game FREE, there is no server anymore O_o

Try to search for the verion in Zamunda or thepiratebay

Well, there is really code for items (or valve just trollin).

Type in console: find give. It will show up many commands. Then you'll find the right one:

Give

game

Gives item to player give itemname

..

I was using normal tf2 game and one with all items but it don't have servers for it anymore O_o

As you can see there is a lot of dislikes, because they all want a real cheat and there is no cheat for items actually :D
