Brooklyn Park, MN Minnesota Monthly Tornado Siren Test - 1:00pm Wednesday July 1st, 2009

These used to be the norm in Brooklyn Park but one was recently changed out off of Edinbrook parkway with a Federal Signal 2001. I like ACA sirens and was sad to see it go.

I know there is a siren, I'm not sure what it is because I didn't look too closely at it on Edinbrook parkway just east of Telford bay in Brooklyn Park along with a 2001 on West Broadway and Setzler just south of 93rd ave. I'm sure there are more too. Were these always 2001's or what were they before they switched? I don't live far from Brooklyn Park and my city has a 2001 not too far from my house and I can barely hear it when they monthly tests go off.
