  • You got to See the Top Secret Drum Corps> Do Have Any Idea HOW MUCH I ENVY YOU?

  • band of her majesties royal marines-quality

  • As a former DCI First Snare, I have to say that Symbiosis is giving the rest of us a seriously horrid name. DCI breeds pride for all forms. Maybe you missed that part of your handbook. For shame.

  • symbiosis - you are the guy I couldn't stand when I was in high school marching band - the drum corps guy who told me how much better drum corps was. who cares.

  • Well, they got pretty costumes, and flags and a thousand year old tradition of drumming in Basel!!???

  • these guys r amazin because all they have is drums...the caveliers have an entire band...caveliers couldnt do wat these guys can do

  • get my stick back

  • Sorry, but as someone who played snare in corps for many years, I don't see what all the fuss is about with these guys. No multi - tenors, snares and basses only, and the snares are really not all that clean.

These guys wouldn't stand a chance against SVC, Blue Devils, Phantom Regiment or Cavaliers percussion sections, I mean not even a prayer.

Sorry, but I don't get it......

  • @Symbiosis98027 You know Justin Lewis was in this right?

  • @Symbiosis98027 the difference is all those that you mention do drumming day in day out, its all they do,,,these guys have regular jobs and do this as a hobby!

I'm sorry but you're wrong. DCI level corps are performers from the age of 12 - 21 and are typically students. It's true they rehearse and perform a lot, but generally it's from the end of May when school is out through the middle of August when DCI Nationals are held. With all due respect, these Top Secret guys wouldn't even make the top 25. Watch a DCI video of any of the corps I mentioned and if you don't see what I'm saying, I can't help you. God bless!
