My father, the late Samuel D. Burnett, was her 1st cousin, which makes her my 2nd cousin. I saw her as a child in Chicago in BLACK NATIVITY. Her mother was Viola Mcgee and her aunt was Marguerite Stewart Jackson, my fathr s mother.
My grandmother was born with a visual impairment and lost her vision at the age of 19. She pasted in the 60's. You can find additional information on her (Music) from the Harold Washing Library in Chicago. Also, there is information under Langston Hughes play "Black Nativity". Thank you for your kind words! Aline Williams, grand-daughter.
