That so many Democrats would bother to turn out and vote for Paul knowing that their votes won't count towards any delegates, says a lot about Ron Paul's electability. How many votes did Romney, Santorum or Gingrich get in the Democratic primary? Any? They have no crossover appeal at all. Ron Paul wins among young voters, independent voters and Democrats. Santorum is similar too, except he really dislikes contraception, homosexuals, and foreigners. They all support the same foreign policy, monetary policy, fiscal policies, and they vary little on domestic policies, save a few token issues.

Paul consistently pulls the most Independents, by far, out of all the Republican candidates. You need Independents to win a general. Also, Romney and Obama are essentially the same anyway (more debt, more war, more money printing, more Constitution shredding). Paul is by far the best candidate in the field.

That so many Democrats would bother to turn out and vote for Paul knowing that their votes won't count towards any delegates, says a lot about Ron Paul's electability. How many votes did Romney, Santorum or Gingrich get in the Democratic primary? Any? They have no crossover appeal at all. Ron Paul wins among young voters, independent voters and Democrats. Without the Paul supporters no other Republican can win.

Funny thing is that his "unelectable" number in the polls has dropped drastically, It was up at 70% now its 33% think he's unelectable.. But when they are asked who would they vote for between him and Obama he wins.
