They went to question them and he wouldn't answer the door and his friend did. The one guy had scratches on his chest. Throughout the testimony he displays ample animosity towards his wife's father. Seeing as how the wife's father gave the child a bike just the day before, it's not a stretch to imagine that the boy being late because of the bike enraged this guy to the point of murder. He gives the motive many times.

If this man was interviewed during the initial investigation he might have been nervous or paranoid, but he has had a good amount of time to compose his emotions. If they found his freaking DNA at the scene then they should question his actions. This man is not telling the truth (my opinion) and I think it seems plausible that he may have hurt the child to hurt the mother. In turn the other two kids may have seen the murder or witnessed a beating. Terry Hobbs may have wanted to silence them.

Finding a hair from a father on a son's shoelace is hardly evidence to convict. If finding a parent's DNA evidence on a child or his clothing could be used for a conviction, then every parent should start separating their clothes in the washer/dryer. Never lay them down on a common surface or a dirty hamper. Install Hepa filters in every room, and vacuum after every walk across a carpet. Separate shampoo, combs, brushes, never enter the other's rooms. They can't share a table cloth, napkin.....

Hobbs hair was found "intertwined" in a shoelace, presumed to be his son's. Look at Hobb's hairline. It will be there.
The shoelaces had to have been first pulled out of the shoes, then re-tied when securing them again. A hair fallen from somewhere in the home would not have been inside the knot unless it was lost in the tying of that knot.

He stated that he possibly drove a blue la baron at the time . I find that very interesting as I once seen a picture of what was supposed to be the trailer home of the Hutchison Family. A car that very much looked like a LaBaron ( and it looked blue ) was parked in their space. Sorta muddies the water just in case some witness seen a car fitting that description near the crime scene.

I am from the area and I don't think Hobbs, Jacoby, or the WM3 boys did this. I think it is someone they overlooked that knew the kids and convinced them to go with them. They were all three in the cub scouts.

They went to question them and he wouldn't answer the door and his friend did. The one guy had scratches on his chest. Throughout the testimony he displays ample animosity towards his wife's father. Seeing as how the wife's father gave the child a bike just the day before, it's not a stretch to imagine that the boy being late because of the bike enraged this guy to the point of murder. I need to be more careful with my wording I guess. It was the beginning of their fowled up investigation, that they only casually spoke with any of the parents because they already knew who they were going to pin it on.

If this man was interviewed during the initial investigation he might have been nervous or paranoid, but he has had a good amount of time to compose his emotions. If they found his freaking DNA at the scene then they should question his actions. This man is not telling the truth (my opinion) and I think it seems plausible that he may have hurt the child to hurt the mother. In turn the other two kids may have seen the murder or witnessed a beating. Terry Hobbs may have wanted to silence them.

Hobbs not only will not be charged with anything, he is about to take a big chunk out of Natalie Maines' checkbook. The WM3 agenda seekers will never get those boys out. Pam Hobbs and Byers have a secret or two that would explain why this happened. The new forensic evidence that has been presented was evaluated by a judge as well as the DA, and found insufficient for a trial against Mr. Hobbs. There is NOTHING in Mr. Hobb's background to indicate a motive for killing three 8 year olds, including his own son. There is means, motive, and opportunity for practically every other person involved Except him. This includes Pam Hobbs and her friend "Jessie".

No one has transcript of the DNA evaluation or the determining facts that convinced the DA AND a judge to conclude the evidence was insubstantial for a trial. The confession was clearly coerced.All of this circumstantial evidence plus the DNA absolutely is grounds to convene a Grand Jury and let them decide if Hobbs n Jacoby should no doubt be grounds for Hobbs n Jacoby to be charged for capital Murder.Plus nothing less than a new trial for the WM3.

Show me ONE iota of physical evidence these three committed this crime. They didn't own cars, so how did they get the boys to where they were murdered? Didn't happen where they were found, obviously. Offspring, you're quite ON regarding this. And it all started coming together when this dna was found. Hobbs is every bit the kind of freak capable of this, and he WAS with Jacoby in his van that day (Jacoby's dna was also found at the scene.) He now lawyers up and refuses to answer questions, and when his life before and since the murders is scrutinized it's painfully obvious that 3 boys have wasted too many years behind bars. His having his teeth pulled WAS pretty suspect, but the dna says otherwise. Besides, one man couldn't have subdued the 2 other boys while he was killing one... it couldn't have happened that way.

Finding a hair from a father on a son's shoelace is hardly evidence to convict. If finding a parent's DNA evidence on a child or his clothing could be used for a conviction, then every parent should start separating their clothes in the washer/dryer. Never lay them down on a common surface or a dirty hamper. Install Hepa filters in every room, and vacuum after every walk across a carpet. Separate shampoo, combs, brushes, never enter the other's rooms. They can't share a table cloth, napkin.....

Hobbs' hair was found inside the knot, which meant it was lost when the knot was being tied. And David Jacoby, Hobbs' best friend, also lost a hair at the scene.
Byers might be a freak, but he's not afraid of a polygraph, while Hobbs and Jacoby refused one and threatened to lawyer up when confronted with the dna evidence. It would've taken 2 men to subdue those 3. And your "hepa" (sic) filter comment was just ignorant. You obviously know nothing of this case.

Hobbs hair was found "intertwined" in a shoelace, presumed to be his son's. Look at Hobb's hairline. Better yet, go in your OWN bathroom and drop a towel on the floor where you stand to comb your hair. Now pick it up. Don't move it around, just pick it up. You'll find your hair. You're 44. It will be there.

The shoelaces had to have been first pulled out of the shoes, then re-tied when securing them again. A hair fallen from somewhere in the home would not have been inside the knot unless it was lost in the tying of that knot.
And what about Jacoby's hair? What of the fact that they were together at the time of the murders?
