  • Eddie Shaw performed at my school and I got to talk with him for a bit. Such a great guy

  • Great cover! Especially with Eddie Shaw

  • Great Post

  • Holy fucking shit...I have a post of him doing this at the Greek, epic.

  • I remember seeing George and the boys in the early 70s at some restaurant in the Fairfax Shopping Center in Wilmington, DE. Went to see him because he had "The" in front of the groups name. That was no longer the style by the 70s. A year or so later I'm in NC and everyone is raving over this Rounder artist called George Thorogood.

  • Seattle BumperShoot 80 or 81 fucker just Destroyed the fuckin Colosseum,,,musta played 4+ hrs

  • GOD DAMN MAN....

Is that even legal to sound like that ??

FOR FUCK SAKES...Bad assery right there

  • I think this is dam awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thorogood should never try singing this. He IS a Wolf fan, taped Wolf's photo on his acoustic 12-string at least way back. This doesn't match his vocal abilities as he is trying to "sound like" Wolf Eddy Shaw (once Wolf' s main sax man, and sometimes songwriter and manager at the end) does little better, vocally but at least does it more as himself ...this would have been better an instrumental but they amp up GT's guitar too much as is so commonly popular for current common fanship

  • Its La Grange - ZZ Top!!! haha, honestly the beginning is the exact same just not as light of a guitar sound.

  • @giants202

Yup, pretty much :D but really its no secret that Thorogood's made a pretty successful 35 year career out of playing other people's music haha

  • @headwhop26

you're high, thorogood's original material is nothing like anything else out there

  • @HugeWeights

No no no, I dont mean to discredit any of his original stuff, its fantastic and really universal. As he says, "Born lover will work in 1940 and 2040" and I respect it a lot. Its good shit.
