I have no idea how the hell they got Uruha to do this since he's so freaking shy. They couldn't even get him on Radio Jack... But I don't think he's drunk it sounds more like he's trying soooo freaking hard not to burst into a fit of laughter, probably because it is funny and because he's embarrassed/nervous/uncomforta­ble; take your pick. No matter what hearing this makes me go... Aww, he's just too adorable.
