i used to throw snowballs at cars when i was younger. that was propably could do a lot more damage then what these kids were doing. but they are 'disturbing the peace' as it is said. a driver distracted by these kids could lose concentration and/or stop short, possibly causing an accident. the cops prob came because of all the complaints. all in all. kids games. we all did it. it was fun. it will never go away. deal with it. live and learn. have fun. fuck off
