Event Pokémon are programmed not to be shiny, except the ones that are programmed to be shiny.
Exception is the Manaphy Egg from Pokémon Ranger. If you receive the egg, then trade it over to another game, it might hatch shiny since the other person has a different ID and SID number.
It looks pretty odd though. The event Shaymin have Aromatherapy rather than Psychic. That one doesn't look shiny too. Santabash was right, it would be more legit with your OT. PS it's hard to tell if it's shiny or not
Now, I might laugh at all of these people who actually believe these to be legit.
