Shouldn't the audience be Western rather than african? We are the ones to change. By telling them about our selfishness aren't we ancouraging some resentful feelings? (not that I'd blame them!)

As per the gold as a monetary base: aren't USA's the largest gold reserves? MFI was considering selling its gold reserves for debt relief, what effect wd that have?
