This is a needlessly hard way to play this riff. It is also wrong. start on the sixth string and move up to the 5th for the second power chord sliding to the third power chord. The 4th power chord on the 10th fret 5th string plays three times, twice sliding to the 9th fret and finally to the 5th fret which is hit again then slides up to the seventh fret as it did the first time.

@godsmack1324 you need a Distortion pedal or overdrive pedal, and if you dont want to buy them, you can just buy a modeling amp, Peavey Vypyr 15, or a Line 6 spider somthing, i have the Peavey one and its great if you dont want to buy pedal after pedal, its a 15 watt amp for $100 and has ALOT of effects ;)

@criket527 Toni Iommi himself plays this on the same frets, because of his ad libbed finger, it's easier for him to play higher up on the neck, you don't have to push down as hard on the frets, which is why he usually also tuned down his guitar, so he could A. play higher up on the neck for the same sounds and B. the lower tunings have less tension on the strings= easier for his fingers
