Hemp and marijuana are the same, but there are basically two types of oils:

1) Essential oil of Hemp flowers is the "Therapeutically efficacious" or curative oil (or medicine) and may cure cancer and more. (see 'hash oil')

2) Hemp seed oil (such as sold by Nutiva) contains no THC, is highly nutritional, and quite tasty, too.
