I was born in 1993. You children born in the 2000's and such dont know squizzlies how epic the nintendo 64 was, back when before they nerfed nintendo to entertain the younger ages more, there was so much brilliance into the games the nintendo 64 had. Blast Corps, buck bumble, clay fighter, doom games, quake trilogy, and dont even get me started on aidyn chronicles! perfect dark 64 and on and on. Then the newer systems came out and made the nintendo games more girlier....thats sad :(

@DrStabkill The point of this game was to make the first full 3D Mario adventure game on a portable system that was made from scratch (Super Mario 64 DS doesn't count since its a remake). Also, New Super Mario Bros. Wii was a great return to the classic Mario style. It was more of a reunion game in my opinion, and it did good at bringing back lots of classic elements that made the Mario series so famous originally.

@rootbeer543 Im sorry but I dont know how you can say that Mario Brothers Wii was a good game. It was lacking so many characteristics that make a mario game good. The music was just awful and there just seemed to be no creativity in the level design. It was lazily conceived and was not very fun. No the Donkey Kong remake was a perfect tribute to the original game. I dont like 3d because it is a gimmick that only brainless consumers buy into. It adds absolutely nothing to the gaming experience.

@DrStabkill I totally agree with you on the 3d gimmicks part. It really doesn't add much. The reason I really bought the 3DS is because of the games announced for it. Like Oot 3D, Paper Mario, Mario Kart, Starfox, Kid Icarus, and this game. The 3D effect was cool at first but after a while it looses its appeal. I LOVED DKCR. My only complaints are that they lacked in a new amazing soundtrack like the original trilogy, and no Kremlings.
