@BlueViolaTelevision yes, but in Nureyev's version the male dancer in the pas de quatre of the precious stones dances this variation, while the Gold fairy variation is danced by the Prince in act II.

Bart is such an incredibly musical dancer. I had the privilege of seeing him in Wuthering Heights as Edgar Linton, which was something of a minor role, and surely not an opportunity for the extent of his talents to be shown, but he completely bowled me over. I hope he is able to carve out a niche for himself in ballet pedagogy.

Yes he is professor and also choreographer.

At end of this month he will realize a new version of ballet "La Source" (misic by Minkus and Delibes) for POB.

@libraryXqueen - you got that right. Typically overly-choreographed & pretentious, with the music performed at entirely too slow a tempo making the orchestra cringe for days.
