I killed about 3thousand revenants but I have received over 10 drops and a Statius warhammer but when I sold mine it came for 24m:D

@thedeathbychoclate dude i feel the same way AND im also lvl 104 but as long as you dont take anything of much value (AKA replaced easily) you'll be fine and if u get a good drop i believe u keep the most valuable items you have 1, 3, or 4 (1 if skulled using protect item prayer, 3 if no protect item or skull, and 4 if no skull AND have protect item on) gl maybe ill see u there :)

PKer activity at the rev cave is double what it should be. The reason for that is the double drop event Jagex held/is holding this weekend. Double drops, double pkers, double fun?

In the case of soul split, if you don't have it.. Well, you don't have it. The thing about revs is that you can go with pretty much any setup/stats you like. This guide was meant to show the best ways (in my opinion) to maximise your profits there. It's still viable to downgrade any of the items I suggested, for example bringing a D Scim instead of a Rapier, or going super welfare and bringing nothing but a BGS.

Sorry to hear about your claws D:

A bgs is fine by all means, but overall a whip + defender would grant you more damage per second. As long as you use the big ticket offensive items (ie Salve amulet, weapon, and potions), you should generate a decent kill rate.

That's a grand seed pod. It's sort of outdated now, but it was a method to teleport from up to level 30 wilderness. With the ring of wealth update, you can use the charges on the ring to teleport, rather than spending a lot of money on the grand seed pods. And those law + dust runes were my house teleport runes for emergency teleporting if I was jumped before I even got to level 20 wilderness.  Or if I didn't feel like using an expensive seed pod to go bank.

Jennica's Ring DOES NOT increase the chance of getting Ancient Warrior Armour, Corrupt Dragon Equipment, or Statuettes. It increases the chance of getting a single "special" drop from each Rev, like a Rune Dagger from the Cyclops or an Amulet of Glory from the Hellhound. Therefore the Ring of Wealth is a much better choice, as it offers a tele and increased drops.

Why do you need to run or your drops?, do they not appear as soon as the rev dies?

Also, is the drop reserved for you, I thought I saw someone trying to pick up one of your drops.

Well, when I was making this video, I wasn't recording the whole time. Sometimes when I get a good drop, I'd run to a safer place (behind a wall), then start recording.

The drop is reserved for you if you did the most damage to the Rev, as usual. But, in the wilderness, it's worth noting that if you drop an item, it becomes instantly visible to everyone. It might have just looked like someone was trying to get a drop that was mine, but they wouldn't have seen it yet.

Forinthry brace would be much better to use down there.

Besides, losing a forinthry brace is 8k, losing those barrow gloves is 100k...

Defence isn't too important at Revs. And it might put your other defenses above your magic defence, causing them to melee/range you. The added attack bonus helps more than you might think.

It's a PvM money making scheme like any other. I dunno if it's good as a main source of money now or not (I hear the droprate was nerfed), but it's definitely a good side activity when you get bored of grinding the same bosses.

I have some advice. If you get tele-blocked by pkers and they start attacking you, bring bolas and use them on the pkers then run away, it has saved me many times, I bring about 10.

Hmm. It would definitely be possible, yes. Although the actual efficiency would most likely be terrible. If you're able to get your Magic defence to be higher than all your other defences (Revs attack based ~numerically~ rather than what would be most effective), and you have 99 magic, you might be able to withstand a number of blows. Since you'd be focusing on your Magic defence, you might have a chance. Something to try, anyway ^_^
