My friend, this is really "dark" shooting. It's hard to film something that's supposed to be in the dark. If you can get a blue filter on a light, it's good for the impression of darkness. Also, get a good, multi-section tripod. You can use a rolling chair or skateboard to "move" and pan your shots, and stay a little more stable. Keep shooting, keep making the movies.
