@TheKenfig It's a shame they won't; there's almost definitely enough material too. Imagine Piper Immersion, with both the US and UK versions of the album remastered, with a CD featuring Scream Thy Last Scream, Vegetable Man, and live recordings of Interstellar Overdrive, along with Corrosion In The Green Room and Reaction In G Minor, and a DVD of TV appearances like when they were on Top of The Pops (although I doubt that one will happen, even though BBC recovered the footage)

No, this kind of thing doesn't add anything. Sorry to see the Floyd doing it. For example, Grapelli is an amazing talent, but they were right in the first place, the track works better without his virtuoso bow work.

@2105SWIM because they were suposed to be part of the Wish You Were Here album. Both "Raving and Drooling" and "You Gotta be Crazy" were composed in 1974.

The remastered album tracks: holy shit. I bought this twice on CD before, last time in 1998. The tracks sound more clear and bright.

so "raving and drooling" turned into "sheep" and "youv'e got to be crazy" turned into "dogs" on the "animals" album. it sounds interesting to hear them when they were not the songs as we know them, and had been planned to be put on "Wish you were here",
