The football field represents how war is a sport now. The colored teams represent the prejudice of war (it's color here, though it could be on homeland, religion, etc.). Mr. Safety represents the anti-war people, depicted as weak and malnourished. Cheerleaders are mindless war supporters. The man in pink is corporations making money off of it, in a color nonrelated to the battle as he really doesn't care who wins as long as he gets money.
