She'd amazing at Parkour, and we have about the same experience level. She's great at alot of things that are "outside the kitchen." Honestly, when it comes to overall, women are better. Men tend to have more brawn. In any case, I noticed traceuses tend to have more flow than traceurs :/

Thats all it takes, im 100% sure that whoever they are, they will teach you the basics.

@augustburnfftl depends on what you do. There are a lot of movements that doesnt rely on the grips of your shoes, like vaulting. things like wall runs take a very good shoe to perform right though, so it depends on what you are doing.
