okay that basically means try to go down as close as you can maybe like half an inch and closer of the floor. most times if you can do that exercise you can most likely go above a 180 degree
well i told her to basically get some to help push you down since i dont really kno how far from the ground you are. because its sorta different for each length
Hey thanks so much for the tutorial. I can do my splits on my left and right sides but for some reason my center always sucked! lol I feel like theres alot of pressure on my knees and that my inner thigh cant stretch any farther. Can you help...i would really appreciate it! = D

This is what i need to do.... noone ever showed me that with splits bit this made a lot of sense. My trouble is always the hips, never my hamstrings.
