OMG my mom taught us to fold the bags like that except it takes time so my husband and i don't do it anymore. lol. by the way my sister has had asthma since she was like 3 and someone told my parents that alfafa would help, so they started juicing alfafa and giving it to her raw and she stopped needing to use her inhaler. When the weather starts changing she does have breathing problems, especially at night but leaving the ceiling fan on and that seems to help.
