@UndercoverKadaj you have to do the cave of wonders missions (or mystery or something, second catagory from the bottom), all of them, this is the last one, go in prepared though, if you do not have max stats you will die

@Clickykid You basically need MAX (or close to it ) VIT / Spirit to even survive the battle.

Blocking the Fireball and Ultima are good ideas, although, I have Dash here so it's actually more difficult.

@BountySmuggler there are a few items in the game that allow you to break the health and MP cap, allowing you to reach 99,999HP, and there are other items that allow you to break the damage cap, allowing you to do up to 99,999 dmg in one hit

most notably these can be achieved with the Genji items, although there are less rare ones you can get too

I need help, im already at level 99 and my defense for physical and spell attack are at 255 MAX and I equip Divine Slayer, Ziedrich, Protect Ring, Genji Helmet already and my phoenix down is always on but the Judement arrow kills me everytime.what is going on?!!!

@UltramanMebius2006 I think this could help. When Minerva uses Judgement Arrow, she nulls EVERYTHING, even Phoenix Down, so when you get hit by her with Judgement Arrow, quickly use another Phoenix Down, but if she hits you with 99999 damage with Judgement Arrow, sorry, but you're lost, lol.

@UltramanMebius2006 Well, Judgement Arrow is a Magic Attack, so if you have Spell Defense 255, the damage will be around 30.000 - 40.000 (That's what happened to me). If she don't hit you with 99999 damage with Judgement Arrow, use Curaga (If you have one). Oh, and don't forget to cast another Phoenix Down! I got owned by her around 20 times until i could defeat her. Well, it's almost a year since i last defeated her in Normal. I don't really remember last time i defeated her in Hard.

@jgag100591308 It is gotten by going to mission 7-6-6 and appeasing the Magic Pot. To do it you have to use Gil Toss, then Costly Punch and deal 99,999 and use the Octoslash DMW. It took me a while to appease it.
