The problem is it's not 15-20 feet, if you play back the stretch from leaving the wood to the top of the BUILT UP RAMP you can see it's only like 8 feet of vertical to that dirt. Might be 12-15 if you didn't build up the landing but the hit would break your back then.

And still, if my old ass tried that I am gonna go down hard and get hurt and cry, and have a cast or two for months. .

well, you land on a landing on the down and not the flat.

This is how people are able to do huge jumps and land like it was nothing.

Look how high and far people can jump on ski's or snowboards for example, they have no air filled tyres or suspension to help, just their legs; but because of the long sloped landings they are able to do it.

it depends how you look at it, in one hand you got a guy who likes being a little crazy (me included) then a guy who is just testing his abilities, the biggest jump i ever did was a 42 foot cliff gap, but ive been riding bikes since i was 2 im now 18 and ive been racing downhill for 4 years now so... its small for me, but its not for most people...

perhaps, it depends on the drop. walking a wet 6 inch wide plank in bc can be totally sketch, even if its just a few feet. however, your typical 3ft retaining wall, bench, and dock require far less mental strain...
