yes sylar gets shapeshifter ability so that may mean that in the future where ando kills hiro it could be sylar who killed ando to get his power

and then shapshift into ando and kill hiro

Maybe when Hero went to the future he saw Ando killing Sylar!!! NOT HERO!!!! If you noticed the future "Hero" never used a power only Ando did.

Therefore this means that either Sylar killed Ando and stole his power and identity or he just stole Hero's Identity
