@ATLskater94 I think you mean The Metamorphosis is not a Novel, it is a Novella because anything printed and bound into covers is called a book. A novella is a short story or a short piece of prose work. The format I reviewed was a book with commentary.

There is so many different conclusions on what can be taken from this book. Just take one life situation and compare it to the book. Especially a life situation where your life took a turn for the worse or where you failed at something and then you have your insight. To me it is about failure at life when it is beyond your own control.
